Question 1

What is the minimum order quantity for bulk mailing?

Accepted Answer

We typically start at 1,000 mail pieces per job. For franking-based dispatch, higher volumes bring down the per-piece cost significantly, and we are happy to quote for volumes from 1,000 to several million pieces per month.

Question 2

What is franking and is your franking India Post approved?

Accepted Answer

Franking is a machine-printed postage impression used instead of physical stamps. We operate India Post licensed franking machines, so your mail carries valid, correctly calculated postage and receives standard postal treatment.

Question 3

How quickly can you complete a bulk printing and mailing job?

Accepted Answer

Standard jobs are printed, inserted, franked and handed over within 24 to 72 hours of data and artwork approval. Time-critical billing cycles can be run on same-day schedules with a pre-agreed SLA.

Question 4

How do you protect confidential customer data?

Accepted Answer

Data is exchanged over encrypted channels, processed on restricted-access systems, and produced in a CCTV-monitored floor. All staff sign NDAs, and we provide reconciliation reports so every record is accounted for.

Question 5

Do you deliver across all of India?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We dispatch to every state and union territory through India Post services and courier partners, including remote pin codes served only by the postal network.

Question 6

How is pricing calculated for bulk mailing projects?

Accepted Answer

Pricing has three components: printing, processing (folding, inserting, sealing) and postage. We share a transparent per-piece quote after reviewing your volume, paper spec, envelope size, weight slab and postal class.

Question 7

Can you print personalised letters from our data file?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Variable data printing merges names, addresses, account numbers, amounts, barcodes and QR codes from your CSV, Excel or fixed-width file into each letter with automated verification.

Question 8

Do you handle credit card, debit card and PIN mailers?

Accepted Answer

We do. Card and PIN mailer production runs in a segregated, access-controlled area with tamper-evident packaging, blind printing for PINs and full reconciliation against the input file.

Question 9

Will we get proof of dispatch and tracking?

Accepted Answer

Every batch is supported by posting proofs, franking documentation and an MIS report. Registered post, speed post and courier consignments include tracking references.

Question 10

Can you supply envelopes and stationery, or must we provide them?

Accepted Answer

We can supply printed envelopes, letterheads and inserts, or process material supplied by you. Most clients prefer end-to-end supply so quality and timelines stay under one roof.

Question 11

Do you work with government departments and PSUs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We regularly execute tender-based mailing work with the documentation, audit trails and compliance reporting these organisations require.

Question 12

What file formats do you accept for artwork and data?

Accepted Answer

Print-ready PDF, AI or InDesign packages for artwork, and CSV, XLSX, TXT or fixed-width files for data. Our pre-press team validates everything and reverts within one working day.
